Terms of Service
1. Service
KMOH Atelier provides business-management tools for custom-fashion businesses, including client records, measurements, orders, production workflows, appointments, payments records, staff tools and related features. Features may evolve as the service improves.
2. Accounts and business data
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, authorized staff access, and ensuring you have lawful authority to enter client and business information into the service.
3. Trial and subscriptions
New eligible workspaces may receive a 14-day trial. Paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout. Subscription charges continue each billing period until canceled. You can manage your subscription from Plans & Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
4. Payments and refunds
Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already charged for a billing period are not automatically refundable. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use KMOH Atelier to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, or store information you are not authorized to process.
6. Your content
You retain rights in business content you submit. You authorize us to process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain and improve the service and provide requested functionality.
7. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security or product development.
8. Disclaimer and liability
KMOH Atelier is a business workflow tool and does not replace professional legal, accounting, tax or other regulated advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and liability is limited as permitted by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security threats or unlawful use, subject to applicable law.
